Efficient Networks is the leading producer of DSL modems in the world. In December of 1999, Efficient broke ground on its new world headquarters in North Dallas. The office building contains a main computer room, six telecommunication closets, a DSLM room and a development lab with over 2,500 Category 5E/Category 6 cables. The typical work area consists of two voice outlets, two DSL outlets and four data outlets (all Category 5E cables).
